In Pardes Mein Hai Mera Dil there are lots of high voltage dramatic situations seen amid Reyhaan and dadi.
Dadi gets to know that Reyhaan have given medicines to Naina so that Naina sleeps and her spirit does not get into Reyhaan's baby's naamkaran.
Now, dadi actually wanted to make sure that Reyhaan's function gets spoiled just like Reyhaan had spoiled Raghav's life.
Dadi quickly gives Naina an anti dose of medicine which makes Naina wake up again and this time dadi wanted a rocking performance from Naina which would thrill Reyhaan.

Naina does just as dadi had told and this time Naina acts as if Naina have possessed the spirit of Ahana and is in full mood to kill the killer of Ahana.
