In ZEE TV’s popular show Kundali Bhagya viewers will get to witness interesting twist in tale with Karan finally realising his affection for Preeta.
It was earlier seen that Preeta and Karan have joined hand to expose Sherlin’s hideous secret.
Amid this mission Karan and Preeta comes close to each other.
Apart from this every time, Karan and Preeta have helped each other in the time of need.
In the upcoming episode, Shrishti will be seen informing Preeta about her marriage proposal which will prick Karan.

Karan will be seen extremely disturbed hearing about Preeta’s marriage and thus decides to accompany both the sisters to find out more information on the same.
It will be seen that Karan will get all the more restless when Preeta accepts the marriage proposal.
