A bitter past of Sanjivani 2 is going to get reveal in the upcoming episode storyline of the show.
Further coming storyline of Sanjivani 2 will once again repeat the painful past of Sid when Ishani will meet with a car accident.
Earlier in the past, Sid's first love also met with an accident and that on the day of their marriage.
Sid gets completely heartbroken and shivers in fear on hearing Ishani's accident news.
Although Sid has feelings for Ishani and cares for her but he can't forget his first love.
