In the upcoming episode of Dr. Aarambhi, we'll see that Dhruv is planning something against the Tendons. While Aarambhi is busy with the preparations for Ganesh Chaturthi, Dhruv decides to use the festival as an opportunity to reveal the Tendons' hidden past. He knows, however, that he can't succeed while Aarambhi is around. So, with Sunil's help since everyone in the house listens to Sunil as he sends Aarambhi to the hospital to check on Dhruv's grandmother.

On the other side, Avantika takes advantage of this situation to enter the Tendon house. She's determined to expose the truth about her relationship with Vikrant because she's realized that Aarambhi and Vikrant's divorce won't happen anytime soon. She wants her rightful place, and she believes that Dimple, who's against Arambhi, might be an ally. But with Dr. Sunil around, even Dimple can't fully support her. Dimple wants Arambhi out of the house but doesn't want Avantika as the family's daughter in law.

Avantika disguises herself as a decorator and sneaks into the house when Dhruv orders new items. She secretly places a family photo of her, Sanaya, and Vikrant into Dimple's file, along with some documents proving her connection to Vikrant and revealing that Sanaya is their daughter.

Divorce, custody, and conspiracy collide in Dr. Arambhi's biggest twist yet

Avantika is confident that once this truth is out, Dimple and Sunil will have no choice but to accept Sanaya. The big question is: if Avantika's truth is revealed, will it put Arambhi's relationship with Vishwas in jeopardy? Arambhi wants a divorce on her terms and has no attachment to Vishwas, as she knows about his affair with Avantika and that Sanaya is his daughter.

On the other hand, Arambhi won't grant the divorce until she gets custody of her son Vihaan. Now the question is whether Arambhi will let Avantika's plan succeed or if a revelation during Ganesh Chaturthi will turn the tide.
