Anupama Latest News: Anuj Kapadia aka Gaurav Khanna might return to Star Plus's popular show Anupamaa starring Rupali Ganguly

Star Plus’s most popular show Anupamaa, has undergone many changes in the storyline since a long time with different settings and characters getting introduced. However, the only pairing that the fans hold dear to their heart is of Anupama and Anuj with their special couple name #MaAn.

Anuj and Anupama’s pairing was loved so well by all the fans that no other pairings of the show have been able to match that height. The fans were left heartbroken with the news of Anuj exiting the show with actor Gaurav Khanna ending his role.

After Anuj’s character was cut off from the show, there has been an instability in the TRP ratings of the show with no power like before. Anupamaa used to rank #1 always on the TRP charts which is not the case anymore. To achieve that level of viewership, the makers are trying their best to revamp the storyline so that the viewers can be kept entertained.

However, viewers are quickly losing interest in the storyline with Anupama’s character getting treated badly by everyone. Manish Goel entered as a character replacement of Anuj but that plan totally failed with the actor quitting the show recently.

Now, the makers are thinking of bringing Anuj aka Gaurav Khanna back to the show, which will be the biggest twist. Gaura Khanna has already stated that he is ready to return as Anuj whenever the production calls for him which is positive statement for the Maan fans. 

With the news of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi starting soon, there is a high chance that Anupamaa will lose more viewership than before. Hence, Anuj’s re-entry can work out a good way to bring back the old viewers who quit watching the show after Anuj’s ending.
