We have all seen the deep bond between Anupama and her son, Samar. Samar was truly a gem.

He never created problems for his mother, Anupama. In fact, he was known for removing the thorns from Anupama’s path, solving issues she couldn't handle herself.

Samar could sense exactly what his mother felt, and if he were still here, Anupama's life would be much easier.

Samar's death truly turned Anupama's life upside down, making every single problem at the Shah house hers alone.

But the big question we need to ask today is: Is Ansh becoming the opposite of Samar?

Ansh is increasingly appearing to be a selfish character. While he does claim to love Anupama, this love seems tainted by manipulation.

Remember how he insisted on getting married, forcing Anupama to accept his wishes, even though he knew it would cause her significant distress?

Let us look at current behaviour. Anupama is finally on a peaceful trip, but if there is the smallest sign of trouble, Ansh immediately contacts her.

If Samar were here, he would wait and manage the situation, refusing to trouble his mother.

But Dimpy is entirely different. Dimpy would certainly make that call, complaining that she should not have to deal with the problems of others—like Pakhi's daughter, Ishani, or Bapuji's health—insisting that those responsible should deal with their own burdens.

This is where the story gets worrying. Ansh’s rapid calls and reliance on Anupama mirror the selfish mentality of Dimpy.

Samar was never neglectful of his family. But if we look at a tragedy like Bapuji becoming unconscious, could Ansh's selfishness and neglectful attitude have played a part, just like Dimpy would have acted?

This increasing similarity between Ansh’s actions and Dimpy's self-centred nature is a dangerous sign.
