One of the most controversial celebrities of India, Poonam Pandey is the hottest contestant of ALT Balaji and MX Player reality show ‘Lock Upp’.

The show is being hosted by Bollywood actress and queen* Kangana Ranaut wherein the show is making a hot buzz in the industry.

Poonam Pandey gained the spotlight through her social media accounts when she started posting her semi-nude and revealing photographs whereafter she slowly became internet sensation.

The latter rose to fame when she promised to strip for the Indian Cricket Team if it wins the 2011 Cricket World Cup. Interestingly, India won the World Cup but Poonam Pandey failed to keep her promise due to public disapproval.

Later, she exclaimed that she was denied permission by the BCCI but soon she uploaded a video on her mobile app wherein she stripped naked at Wankhede Stadium at night.

However, Poonam Pandey’s sensational journey didn’t end here. Soon in 2012, she posed nude after Kolkata Knight Riders won the IPL 5.

Poonam Pandey went on developing her mobile application but the same was banned by Google soon after its launch in Play Store. The app is currently available on her official site.

The actress married her long-term boyfriend Sam Bombay on 1st September 2020. Later on, 11 September, Poonam filed a complaint against Bombay and got him arrested on molestation and assault charges.

However, soon when Bombay got bail and the duos patched up, the public trolled them and stated the whole incident was a publicity stunt.
