There should be a strict punishment so that one will think hundred times before touching a woman. Kids should be educated. Education is more important.

Girls should be trained for their own safety.

I think CCTV cameras should be placed in every nook and corner of the city. Cabs should hire lady drivers. In fact, we need mobile Apps with which our parents can track us.
