Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin under scanner, show might go OFF-AIR for LOW TRP (Latest News)

Bhavika Sharma's entry fails to save GHKKPM's declining viewership, channel gives OFF-AIR notice to the makers

Star Plus’s long-running show Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin is under the threat of going off-air soon with the channel handing notice to the makers. The show is now under scanner for low TRP ratings in its time slot and can end earlier than expected if the TRPs do not go up.

The viewership of the show started to decline recently after it changed its time slot to 7:30 PM and the new leads were appointed to lead the show. Param Singh, Vaibhavi Hankare, and Sanam Johar were cast in lead roles for the new storyline which could not continue for too long. 

Without a good development and ending to Neil and Tejaswini’s love story, the makers decided to end Vaibhavi Hankare’s character all of a sudden. Savi, aka Bhavika Sharma, was brought back to the show to star opposite Neil.

Fans did not like this new track in the story with Rajat and Tejaswini ending up dead for the sake of the set up between their partners in the future. Many fans thrashed the makers for ruining two couples at the same time and lost interest in the show.

Neil and Savi's new story fails to impress the audience

The current story of Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein is still going on about the murder mystery of Rajat and Tejaswini, with Neil and Savi investigating the case in their own ways. A similar pattern of story is making the viewers lose interest in the show very quickly.

The makers are in danger of shutting down the show very soon with the channel giving them a notice as a warning. The TRP of GHKKPM are dropping rapidly and went to 1.0 from 1.2 this week. We can expect to see the show go off-air very soon if the situation does not change soon.
