Ishqbaaz: Shivaay’s heart problem truth gets revealed to Anika (Upcoming Twist)

Shivaay (Nakuul Mehta) and Anika (Surbhi Chandna) to face death situation in Ishqbaaz 

Star Plus leeding daily soap Ishqbaaz turning out into High voltage drama between Shivaay and Anika’s life after entry of Shwetlana in Ishqbaaz.

As per the track, Shivaay and Anika follows Omkara but Romi misleads them and they reach to wrong place.

Shivaay feel suffocate due to chest pain and ask Anika bring medicine but she falls on road due to high storm.

Aniak tries to ask Shivaay about his problem but he shout at her for becoming is wife which makes Anika hurt.

But seeing Shivaay in pain, Anika turns soft and tells SHivaay that she will not ask anything as she knows that he hides something for other happiness.
