Anupama: Dimpy uses her trump card to marry Teetu now opposing Vanraj

It seems Dimpy is unaware of Vanraj playing big game with her.
It is seen that Dimpy sends I Love You message to Teetu and here Vanraj wants to fix her marriage with Parteek and not Teetu.
