In Star Plus show Ishqbaaz there the audience would witness a terrific fight amid Shivaay (Nakuul Mehta) and Anika (Surbhi Chandana) in the history of the show.

Shivaay and Anika indulge into a terrible fight post Tia spreads the rumour of Anika being very careless regarding the Oberoi family's respect.

Shivaay unintentionally push Anika down the stairs and this makes Anika hurt self which also cause Anika some internal injuries in head and heart.
