In the Star Plus show Pardes Mein Hai Mera Dil Ahana and Naina (Drashti Dhami) have been trying to keep the surrogacy issue hidden from media.

Well Ahana and Naina have been signed upon a deal wherein Naina would be becoming the mother of Ahana's baby.

Naina would give birth to Ahana's surrogate child which would lead to Ahana's incompleteness vanish.
