A shocking U-turn is about to come up now in the upcoming episode of the Star Plus Hindi TV serial Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) fourth-generation story is about Armaan (Rohit Purohit) and Abhira (Samriddhi Shukla) love story. The show also stars actor Romit Raaj as Rohit and Garvita Sadhwani as Ruhi.

The ongoing track revolves around how Kaveri encourages Abhira to fight the case and eventually the latter wins the case. Kaveri gifts Manoj's cabin to her which brings a major crack between Manoj and Kaveri. This much is not enough that shockingly a man comes and stabs Kaveri.

Therefore, Kaveri's vital fall and her health deteriorates which now brings a big shock for the family. 

Thus, the twist here is that when Kaveri slips in a coma state, now the new head will be Abhira.
