Star Plus Hindi TV serial Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) fourth-generation story is about Armaan (Rohit Purohit) and Abhira (Samriddhi Shukla) love story. The show also stars actor Romit Raaj as Rohit and Garvita Sadhwani as Ruhi.

As per the ongoing storyline, we see how Ruhi rashly drives the car and meets with a shocking accident. Just then she feels labor pain and Abhira also experiences labor pain. 

Thankfully, Rohit somehow reaches Ruhi and hospitalizes her asap but unfortunately, things are going to get worse for Ruhi only because she loses her vitals and her delivery becomes complicated.

Moving on when Rohit and Armaan celebrate the happy time thinking finally they have become fathers, here the nurse brings only one child and says that they only succeeded in saving one child. Thus, when the child is revealed to be of Abhira, now that shocks Rohit to the core.
