Anupama Spoiler: Prem's real surname revealed, Khalnayak enters (Upcoming Twist)

Anupama Spoiler: Finally Prem's surname is known as Kothari

In the upcoming episode of Star Plus serial Anupama we will witness an interesting drama in the lives of Anupama (Rupali Ganguly) Prem (Shivam Khajuria) Aadhya/Rahee (Alisha Parveen) Mahi (Spreha Chatterjee) Ishani (Ishita Modi) Ansh (Varun Kasturia).

It was earlier seen that Anupama always wanted to know about Prem's surname and his real identity where he tries to divert the truth and unfolds the fact that he is also an orphan. Rahee feels happy to know about Prem's truth and feels connected with him all the more as he too is an orphan.

Further in the show it is seen that soon Prem's entire family is going to make their entry in the popular show. Where it will be revealed that Prem's real surname is Prem Kothari. His father is business man and they are extremely rich. Prem feels his family might not like Rahee as they belong to low standard group. Once Prem's family will know about his love for orphan Rahee his family members are not going to like this alliance. Especially his father will not accept his alliance with Rahee hence he named his father as Khalnayak.

Time for Prem's family to create some more drama

However Prem turns adamant to get married to Rahee as he loves her and wants to life his life with her. Now it would be highly interesting to see if Anupama be able to meet the demands of Kothari family and their high class standards.
