Ghulaam have been showing various changes in Shivani's (Niti Taylor) life forced upon by Veer (Vikas Mankatla).
Veer have got to know that Shivani can do anything in Rangeela's name as Shivani loves Rangeela.
Shivani on other hand knows that Veer is just taking undue avantage of Shivani's helplessness.
Veer and Gulguli force Shivani to increase her weight upto maximum so that Veer can get a legal heir from Shivani.
