Ghulaam's story have suddenly taken a sharp turn with the increased weight of Shivani (Niti Taylor) post seven days.

Shivani had been given an ultimatum by none other than Veer that if Shivani's weight does not increase in seven days that Rangeela would be shot at any cost.
