Omkara (Kunal Jaisingh) help Anika (Surbhi Chandana) reveal Shivaay (Nakuul Mehta) and Mahi's brother instinct amid Oberoi family in Ishqbaaz
In Ishqbaaz there are many situations whereon Shivaay (Nakuul Mehta) gets into depression on knowing his twin brother secret.
Shivaay had until now thought that Mahi is just a cone to Shivaay which was created by Kamini so as to take revenge from Shivaay.
