In Dil Se Dil Tak there are many situations which makes Aman get an upper hand to the situation.
Aman finally gets to know that Teeni is pregnant and cannot digest this news.
Aman than gets to know about Teeni and Parth and Shorvori's deal of surrogacy.
This becomes a little too much for Aman to handle as Aman now is amid a fix to accept Teeni as wife or no.
Aman however wants to get married to Teeni anyhow and this is a jackpot for Aman in short.
