Naitik (Karan Mehra) and Akshara (Hina Khan) rekindle their romance in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai

Bhabhima accepts Akshara whole heartdly and plans to make her reentry in Sighania house in grand way.
According to the upcoming track, Naksh (Rohan Mehra) suggest Bhabhima for remarriage of Naitika and Akshara.
