Rakesh had been searching for his library keys when Arjun hands over him the keys whereas Naina had the keys.

Thus, Naina gets doubtful of Arjun and questions him about the key.

Arjun gets upset and confesses to Naina that he was the one who had stolen the keys to live up to Rakesh’s hope.
