Current track of Kaisi Yeh Yaariyan shows that Manik and Nandini has become a couple after confessing their love to each other.

Manik is not leaving single chance get closer to Nandini after love confession, 

Furthermore, Aryaman who was still interested in Aaiya has now developed soft corner for Nandini.
