The upcoming episode of Star Plus popular daily soap Yeh Hai Mohabbatein is gearing up for some new twist.

Ishita is found dead by Raman, Bala and others, Iyer and Bhalla family breaks with this news while Simmi and Param are happy.

While the twist in the story here is that Ishita isn't dead but alive, Ishita is still alive while is in major body shock state.

Ishita's body shock state is due to injection given to her and thus her body appears dead while Ishita isn't dead.
