Ishqbaaz: Tej's (Mahesh Thakur) attempt cooking brotherly hatred amid Shivaay (Nakuul Mehta), Omkara and Rudra

Tej's ugly game starts to destroy ShiOmRu's relationship, Tej created heart attack drama which opens up infront of Shivaay.
