Pankti knows that Ahaan hadn't done it and it's all done by JD who is evil and is playing game with them.
Pankti and Ahaan's love turns trouble for JD
Pankti this decides to save Ahaan from JD's trap where JD tries to manipulate Ahaan's blood test reports to prove that Ahaan is addicted to drugs.
While Pankti isn't ready to let this happen and thus takes a drastic step where she turns nurse and enters the hospital to not let JD manipulate the reports.
