Dil Hi Toh Hai: Wedding news brought Ritwik (Karan Kundra) Palak (Yogita Bihani) in new dilemma
Sony TV Entertainment show Dil Hi Toh Hai is grabbling eyeballs since Ritwik, Rohit, and Setu, Palak arrived to Meerut.
Where Rohit and Setu cancelled their wedding plan and decides to move back to home.
Shockingly, Setu and Palak get kidnapped, while Ritwik and Rohit face a very traumatic situation in Meerut.
But amid this will follow a big twist when Reva will instigate Puri against Palak revealing Ritwik and Palak's dating news.
Ritwik Ananya's alliance fixed
