In the upcoming episode of Star Plus most popular show Yeh Hai Mohabbatein loyal viewers will get to witness shocking twist with Romi (Aly Goni) Mihika's (Avantika Hundal) big demand of adoption shocks Raman (Karan Patel) Ishita (Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya).
