It was earlier seen that Kartik (Mohsin Khan) hand over Keerthi’s (Mohena Singh) baby to Naira (Shivangi Joshi) keeping her critical condition in mind.

After losing baby Kartik did not wanted to lose Naira and thus exchanged the baby for a short period of time.

Moving ahead, Kartik fails to remove the tag of the baby where Naira was close to unfold this reality.

Fortunately, before Naira could realise the same, Kartik manages to remove the tag heaving a sigh of relief.
