Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Gayu (Simran Khanna) wants Kartik (Mohsin Khan) to lose Kairav's (Tanmay Shah) custody
The upcoming episode of Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai will showcase interesting twists and turn.
