The current episode starts with Sid and Ishani's nok-jhok.

Anjali scolds her dad Shashank as his blood pressure is flactuating and this is happening after a long time.

Shashank thinks to tell Juhi the truth and not wait for long time.

Meanwhile, here Anjali and Juhi collide. Anjali blames Juhi for being the reason of crack amid her and her father.

Juhi gets upset and questions Anjali if she deserves her hate. They both get into an argument.

Sid and Ishani dump into each other where their stethoscope get entangled.

They have a talk while they postpone a patient surgery by the next day.

While when they see a serious patient, they schedule his surgery by the same day and start his operation.

Here Vardhan gets into the secret room and meets Dr. Basu.

Basu informs Vardhan that the work is done and the girl is dead where her body has started to decompose. Vardhan waits for the day when he will get what he wants.

Rishabh comes to the function where his Dad wants to tell everyone that he is his dad but Rishabh refuses. Rishabh stops his dad from doing anything such while his dad gets upset.

Sid and Ishani come together to motivate Jessica

Sid and Ishani console heartbroken Jessica whose hairs are falling drastically due to her cancer surgery.

Jessica cries regretting that she can't even look beautiful today on her marriage.

Sid and Ishani comfort Jessica and encourage her inner beauty.

Shashank and Vardhan face off. Shashank questions about what is going on in his mind while Vardhan calls him best neurosurgeon.

Vardhan asks Shashank to find the problem while Shashank promises to soon find the bad tumor in his brain and will operate it.

Vardhan waits for the day and suggests Shashank to not get so late.

Sid and Ishani motivate Jessica while here Shashank and Juhi hope for the best when the staff tells them about Sid-Ishani talking to Jessica.

Sid and Ishani make Jessica confess to herself that she is beautiful. They all share an emotional hug.
