Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai will showcase shocking twist and turn.
It was earlier seen that Kartik feels helpless as he fails to arrange kidney for Naira.
Naira starts sinking where he has very less time and comes to know that Vedika’s kidney is a perfect match for Naira.
Kartik pleads before Vedika to donate her kidney where Vedika seeks Kartik in return.
Kartik initially refuses but later left with no other options accepts Vedika’s deal.

Kartik finally accepts Vedika as wife and leaves Naira heartbroken.
