Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki: Tannu (Kratika Sengar) decides to go far away from Rishi (Ssharad Malhotra) as she cannot accept his love
The current track of Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki shows separation for Tannu and Rishi as Tannu refuses to accept Rishi’s love.
After Rishi regains consciousness in the hospital, he starts looking around for Tannu and goes to meet her.
Rishi begs Tannu to accept his love but Tannu tells him that she is Tanvi and not Tannu.
