It was earlier seen that Sid leaves Ishani and moves on with good opportunity in his life.
On the other side Ishani gets married to Navratan Singh but cannot move on in life.
Ishani suffers from clinical depression while her husband NV supports her throughout.
NV tries his best to get Ishani back to normal but Ishani just sinks in sorrow and thinks of Sid.
