It seems Komolika is not going to accept her defeat in the top TV serial Kasauti Zindagi Ki 2.
Prerna has given 51% shares of her company to Komolika in return for the orphanage.

Komolika compels Prerna to ask her employees to get everything to her as now she is the Boss.
However, soon Bajaj comes and breaks Komolika’s daydream of taking over Prerna’s business company.
Bajaj makes Komolika realize the reality when he reminds her that Komolika is still in the debt of 200 crores and until she pays it, she cannot be the boss here.
