Anupama: Vanraj (Sudhanshu Pandey) accepts Kavya’s (Madalsa Sharma) marriage proposal

Left with no other option, Vanraj accepts Kavya’s marriage proposal to keep her happy.
Vanraj loves Kavya and he wants her at the same time he wants to marry Anupama too as she will take care of his entire family.
