In real when Naira fell down from the cliff she was saved immediately and rushed to the hospital.
Naira's brain surgery was performed where the doctor shaves off her entire hair to perform the surgery.
Post surgery Naira was in coma for few days and later when she came back to life she met Maudi.
Maudi made Naira believe that she is Sirat
Naira lost her entire memory.
When Maudi informed Naira about the story if Sirat who was no more.
Hence Maudi gave new birth to Sirat post Naira's successful brain surgery.
And Maudi is the only one who make Naira believe that she is Sirat just to give her new life.
