It was earlier seen that Ishwari made a decision to change Ayush's name Ishwari wanted to keep his name as Ved.

Ayush gets much disturned as his mother has kept the name Ayushman which had special meaning who lives lifelong.

Ayush recalls the special moment and tries to talk to Dev (Shaheer Sheikh) too regarding the same as she do not want to change the name.

But Dev being busy in call poor Ayush walks away from home.

Now when Sonakshi gets her son Ayush back she makes a big decision to keep Ishwari away from Ayush.
