Star Plus TV serial Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is witnessing Sirat's pregnancy track.
Sirat is flustered and confused about how to reveal the truth to Kartik.
Meanwhile, she is scared of losing Kairav and Akshu's love after having her own child.
And just before Sirat could tell the truth to Kartik, where she gets an urgent call from her gynaecologist.
