It was earlier seen that Sirat is rushed to labor room where Kartik manages to reach on time.
Sirat thought she will be alone in tough time but Kartik races against time and reach Sirat to support her.
Sirat is been taken to ICU and gets operated where her delivery takes place.
Sirat delivers baby girl however the baby's life is at high risk.
Baby is kept under observation where Kartik break down.

However Akshu gives black thread to Kairav which looks like is a blessing from Naira.
When Kairav keeps this thread besides Aishwarya she starts moving.
