It was earlier seen that Manish allows Akshara to go to hospital but asks her to resign when she returns home.
In hospital, Harsh Anand and Mahima are shocked to see the Goenka girls back in their hospital.
When Harshvardhan decides to handle the girls well.
Harsh gets to see Akshara and Abhimanyu together in his cabin and hence he is ready with his master move.
