Akshara finally gets a new job post walking out of Biral Hospital in Star Plus longest running serial Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.
Akshara post she walks out of the cafe keeping trust on Abhimanyu, she gets a call from an NGO where they need a music therapist.
Akshara gets much happy to hear this and rushes to see the place immediately.
