Kairav learns the truth of Anisha dating someone else behind Kairav's back and cheating him.
Anisha thus is hiding something at the same time where Kairav does not want to continue his relationship with Anisha anymore.
Anisha's mistake costs Abhimanyu Akshara's marriage
Hence Kairav calls off the marriage where he does not want to marry Anisha and announces the same before entire the family.
Anisha thus commits suicide which leads to crack in Abhi Akshu's life and they get separated.
The show takes a leap here where Akshara is not part of Abhimanyu's life but Maya is Dr Kunal's sister.
