The Episode begins with Anupama looking at the Photos and thanking Chutki for giving her these Memories. She imagines Anuj Eating Chips and interacting with her. 

She asks him not to go anywhere to which he tells her that, she is in his Heart and asks him not to forget her Promise. She breaks down as he disappears. 

Leela tells Anupama that she is scared and she defends Vanraj. She tells her that she will never think of her Son as bad. She tells her that nothing is good for Vanraj. She asks her to save Anuj. 

Bharkha comes to Anupama and consoles her. She asks her about bringing to such a small Hospital. She again talks about standards. Anupama defends India. 

Doctor comes to them and tells them that the Surgery is done and he is Fine. They all gets Happy. He says that they Surgery is successful only after he gets conscious and there are chances of him going to Coma. He asks to hope for the Best. 

Anupama denies to tell Kavya

Anupama cries for Anuj while Kavya too Prays for Anuj and Promises to Pray every day. Hasmukh asks Anupama to take Rest but she denies. 

Bharkha asks when this Hospital Drama will end while Ankush gets irritated. She Hopes for Anuj to be in Coma and asks to use this in favor while KK gets upset. 

Kavya asks Anupama what Vanraj told her. She requests her. Anupama remember what Vanraj told her. She tells Kavya not to doubt anyone. Anupama Trusts Vanraj but says he is the reason and demands Answers.

Bharkha gets Police and says that Vanraj is the reason for Anuj to be in such Situation while Anupama stops her. 

Bharkha asks her why did she Marry Anuj if she Loves Vanraj to which she tells her furiously that she would have told her what happens if anyone questions her character if they were in House.
