In the upcoming episode of Ghum Hai Kisike Pyaar Mein there will be a major keyos seen amidst Pakhi and Sayi's life all of a sudden.

Virat and Pakhi will be ready to do anything just to safeguard Vinayak's health and so Pakhi reaches to Sayi.
