The popular daily soap opera Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein is about to see huge changes in Virat, Sayi and Pakhi's life.

Patralekha's uterus is removed to save her life but the latter is totally taken aback and now it's tough for her to accept the reality that she can never become a mother.

Therefore, she not only accuses Sayi for taking revenge on her but also counts on Virat for ruining her life and giving her death in the name of life.

Furthermore, now when Virat tells the truth to Sayi that Vinayak is only their Vinu, 

Here the huge shocker hits him shattered when Pakhi refuses to give away Vinu and therefore, she shockingly commits suicide by jumping off the balcony.
