It seems Maitree is all shattered post Saransh leaves her mid way.
Saransh's mother blames Maitree for the root cause of the loss her son.
On the other side Maitree blames Ashish and Nandini that lied to her about Saransh who was a drug addict.
Maitree is all shattered when Nandini also slips in comma and the baby boy is all alone.

Post this we get to see a big twist where Maitree has to take care of the baby as Nandini is in the comma.
Since there is exit of two people now only Ashish and Maitree are left behind.
