It seems Akshara is happy hearing the succesful surgery where she rushes to meet Abhinav.
Akshara wanted to confess her love to Abihnav on his birthday and make it really a special one.
But unfortunately Abhinav meets with deadly accident where he fails to survive for long time.
Happy Akshara rushes to Abhinav with a pink rose and she confesses her love for him.
When Abhinav also says I LOVE YOU Akshara and breathes his last in her arms.
