It so happened that Soumya returns home with a sad face and Surbhi's confrontation of marrying Harman.
Soumya thus reveals amid Harman and Surbhi that Preeto was the main culprit of giving option to Soumya.
The options were to either leave the house or make Surbhi marry Harman.
