It seems Malti Devi makrs her exit from the show stating in the letter.
Anuj is disturbed seeing the letter and concludes that its her nature to leave everything and go away.
However Malti Devi is gone somewhere with a reason.
At present actress Apara Mehta is gone for vacation to United Kingdom and hence makers planned her exit.
